Kristian accepts appointments:

  • As independent counsel by in-house legal teams and by law firms; 

  • As advisor in relation to all aspects of claim and dispute avoidance, management, and resolution; and 

  • As arbitrator by parties and institutions, including as emergency arbitrator.
